E-Poster Presentations
Congress is a green event, so as much as less paper will be used and poster presentations will be exhibited in 40 inch electronic poster boards in the congress center as well as in e poster hall via our web page.
Posters need to be prepared in PowerPoint presentation or any other poster program in 50x90 cm (width x length) dimensions and then saved in JPEG format (1080x1920 pixels) and you need to send your posters as jpeg format to congress e-mail protoilcon@gmail.com until October 25th.
The best posters presented by students will be selected and be awarded.
Our Congress Abstract and Full paper Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the congress.
Each participant could join up to two papers with one paid participation fee.
The congress is an international congress and is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians.
The preferable congress presentation language is English, but Turkish and French will be also acceptable. Same language presentations will be organized in separate virtual or normal sessions.
However, please keep in mind that all the submitted abstracts and full papers must be in English only.
